FIFTY adrenaline junkies ran, swam and jumped their way through an army style obstacle course in Upminster for charity.

Participants tackled archery, canoeing and bounced on space hoppers at the Stubbers Activity Centre on behalf of Saint Francis Hospice.

Andrea Burke, 48, of Romford, was taking part in her fourth obstacle course.

She said: “This year they added more obstacles and fun activities such as canoeing and an inflatable water slide so it was very different.”
