YOUNG ENTREPRENUERS made a hundred per cent profit down Walthamstow Market by selling their own t-shirts and tote bags.

The group of teenagers from Big Creative Education, a free school sixth form in Walthamstow, made a £50 profit from an interest-free £50 micro loan over just four days of selling.

Experts from MyBnk, an education charity, taught the teenagers aged between 13 and 18 how to design, cost and sell their products.

Aman Guhinya, 18 said: “At the beginning of the week I wanted to be a rapper, but now I want to set up my own business.”
