Appeal after attack on man in Pitsea

Police are appealing for information after a man suffered cuts to his body while being assaulted in Pitsea.

Officers were called after a man turned up at an address with injuries at around 5.30pm on Wednesday January 22.

The victim, who is in his 20s, had small cuts to his chest, arm and leg after being attacked by man armed with a knife in Littlebury Green.

He was walking with his friend, who was not attacked, when they were approached by three people.

The man holding the knife has been described as being white, 5ft 6in, aged in his 20s and was wearing a dark blue Puffa jacket with a hood and black tracksuit bottoms.

The second suspect has been described as being 5ft 4ins, aged in his 20s and wore all black . The third suspect has been described as being 5ft 11ins, aged in his 20s and was wearing a grey jumper with black on, black bottoms and black shoes.
