Appeal after robbery at knifepoint in Canvey park

Police are appealing for information following a robbery on Canvey Island.

It was reported a man in his 40s at the Canvey Heights Country Park was approached by someone who had a knife at around 8.30pm on Monday June 17.
The man demanded the victim’s watch.

He has been described as white, of average height, and wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up, dark-coloured tracksuit trousers and a black man bag across his chest.

He was riding a dark-coloured bike believed to be a mountain bike.
