Appeal after teenager attacked and robbed in Westcliff – 10 weeks ago!

Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Chalkwell Avenue, Westcliff, on Saturday August 17 at around 7pm.

A group of men assaulted a 15-year-old boy and stole the small amount of money that he was carrying.

He was treated at hospital for cuts, swellings and bruises.

The main suspect was described as being a white man aged in his 40s, about 6ft 1in tall and of large build. He had short blond or brown hair and wore a high visibility jacket.

Police have been making enquiries since the incident and are only now ooking for the public’s help.
