Appeal after woman injured in Southend collision

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam following a serious collision in Southend.

At around 6.35am on Thursday October 26, a black VW Golf and a pedestrian were in collision in London Road at the junction with Hamlet Court Road.

The pedestrian, a woman aged in her 30s, remains in hospital after sustaining serious injuries.

Anyone who was in the area at the time is being asked to check their dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that could help the investigation.
