Appeal following collision in Chelmsford

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision in Chelmsford yesterday.

Officers were called to the Chelmer Village Retail Park area at around 4.40pm on Tuesday January 31 following reports of a Land Rover in collision with several vehicles.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been released under investigation.
