Appeal following indecent exposure in Chelmsford

Police are appealing for information after two teenage girls reported that a man had exposed himself in Hylands Park in Chelmsford.

The girls, aged 13 and 14, reported that between 2.30pm and 2.45pm on Tuesday May 26, a man came out from behind a bush while exposing himself before cycling off.

The man has been described as being white, aged in his 40s and of an average build.

He was wearing black shorts and a black tank top and he also had pink and white headphones on.
