Appeal for information after cyclist injured in Southend collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Southend which left a cyclist with serious head and facial injuries.

The incident took place in Royston Avenue on May 11 at about 4pm after a dark-coloured vehicle collided with a cyclist, aged in his 20s.

The car did not stop at the scene.

Officers have no further details of the car and would like anyone who witnessed the incident or has any footage of it to get in touch.
