The bank holiday weekend is upon us and the days residents’ bins may be collected could be slightly different next week.
In the week following the August bank holiday, some councils will be temporarily changing how they operate.
Thankfully, most parts of Essex will be unaffected. For those that are affected, most collections are simply pushed back by one day – although it’ll mean some people will need to remember to take their rubbish out on a Saturday morning.
We’ve rounded up this week’s changes for all 14 Essex local authorities, including Southend and Thurrock, to make sure you don’t miss out on this week’s collection.
