Thierry Nevers scored an impressive hat-trick as a young West Ham United side came from behind to thrash Vanarama National League outfit, Southend United at Roots Hall Stadium.
Matthew Rush gave the Shrimpers an early lead. However, after Nevers had levelled the score Jamal Baptiste turned the game on its head.
Nevers made it 3-1. Then after Mesaque Dju had thumped a fourth, it was left to the Portuguese frontman to claim the match ball from close range.
