Break in at Great Wakering store
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Great Wakering.
Officers were called at around 5am today (Saturday March 19) following reports that a car had collided with the Co-op store building, causing damage to a door, before some of the occupants entered the store.
District Commander, Ian Hughes, said: “Anyone who saw something suspicious in the area at the time of the incident is asked to contact us.
“Perhaps you have dash cam footage of a car acting suspiciously at the time?
“We would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw a red mini in the area.”
