Brentwood bring in Bees striker Vyse

Brentwood Town have further strengthened their Isthmian League North promotion credentials with the signing of striker, Adam Vyse, from Basildon United.

Vyse found the net on fourteen occasions for the Bees during the last campaign. Previously, the player enjoyed spells with Great Wakering Rovers, Canvey Island and Tilbury.

Speaking to www.brentwoodtownfc.co.uk, boss, Adam Flanagan, enthused: “I watched Adam last season against Billericay in the FA Cup and I thought he was very difficult to play against.

“He was strong and used his body well and was a real focal point for Basildon’s attacking play on that day against two very good Billericay centre backs.

“The aim for the upcoming season will be to refine his attributes to a higher level than before so that he can continue to score the goals that he always has. I feel Adam will be a real asset to us.“
