Brick thrown from bridge on A127 at Laindon

Police are investigating after it was reported a brick was thrown from a bridge over the A127 at Laindon.

A woman was driving Londonbound from Basildon to Laindon when the brick was thrown down onto her vehicle from a footbridge between the Noak Bridge junction and the Fortune of War roundabout between 10.45am and 11.30am on Monday August 14.
