Cannabis farm discovered in Chigwell

Officers called out to reports of a burglary at an address in Chigwell uncovered a large-scale cannabis farm at the property.

Police were initially called to reports of suspicious activity in High Meadows shortly before 5.15am on Sunday March 3. It was reported a group of men had been seen running out of an address.

Officers were quickly on the scene, finding a significant cannabis grow of an estimated 350 plants at various stages of growth.
