CCTV appeal after substance poured on road

A substance was left covering an area of Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton, near Chelmsford at around 9.30pm on Sunday September 17.

The same thing was reported to have happened previously on Tuesday September 12, in the same location, causing the surface to become slippery and a risk to road users.
