Police are appealing for information after a man fraudulently used a bank card four times in different shops in Chelmsford on Tuesday, January 19 between 6pm and 10pm.
On one occasion he entered a store in Waterhouse Lane and bought four packets of cigarettes.
Officers would like to speak to this man in connection with their investigation.
