Do you want to know the latest on crime trends and proactive policing operations in the Castle Point area? Do you have a question for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service’s senior team?
If so, make a date in your diary to come to a public meeting being held on Canvey, organised by Roger Hirst, the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex.
The meeting is taking place on Wednesday, October 23, between 6.30pm and 8pm at the Paddocks in Long Road, Canvey, SS8 0JA.
Mr Hirst said: “Public meetings are a great way to hear directly from local communities about concerns they might have and areas of activity that are in place and working well.
“Very often a joint approach is the answer to a problem. I hold regular public meetings across the county and with a panel of experts on hand, these meetings are a great way to find the solutions together. Do come along whether you have criticisms, compliments or constructive comments to make. We want to hear them all because your voices matter.”
Roger Hirst will be chairing the meeting and will be joined by Deputy Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Jane Gardner, Chief Inspector David Miles, the District Commander for Castle Point and Rochford, as well as South East Group Manager Dave Barnard from Essex County Fire and Rescue Service and Cllr Godfrey Issacs from the local Community Safety Partnership.
