Cyclist seriously injured in Billericay collision

Police are investigating a collision in Billericay where a cyclist sustained serious injuries.

A car and a bike were in collision in Southend Road, at the junction with Outwood Common, at around 6.30am on Saturday January 6.

The car – a Peugeot – failed to stop at the seen while the cyclist was left with multiple fractures.
