A DAGENHAM man has been charged with murder over the shooting death of a man in Whitechapel last month.
Iron Miah, 40, was found collapsed in Nelson Street, E1, with a head injury on Tuesday, November 19.
He died two days later and a post-mortem examination determined his cause of death had been a gunshot wound to the head.
Dagenham man Mohamed Moshaer Ali, 27, of Western Avenue, has now been charged with murder.
He appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was remanded, to appear for a plea hearing at the Old Bailey on Wednesday December 11.
He is the third man to face a murder charge in connection with Mr Miah’s death.
