Midfielder Rance played under McMahon at Ebbsfleet United, appearing more than 240 times during five years at 5 Stonebridge Road.
The 28-year-old has also represented Dover Athletic during his career. Boss McMahon cited the players’ leadership qualities as a key factor to his signing.
