Dagenham & Redbridge 1-1 Weymouth
Dagenham & Redbridge extended their unbeaten Vanarama National League sequence to four matches but were ultimately left frustrated as struggling Weymouth netted a stoppage-time equaliser at the Chigwell Construction Stadium.
Liam Gordon’s fantastic strike handed the East Londoners the lead two minutes before the interval.
Former Southend United man, Myles Weston was close to a second. However, without the cushion of a second goal, the Daggers remained vulnerable.
And so it proved. Jake McCarthy lashed home in added time to earn the visitors a share of the spoils, lifting them out of the dropzone on goal difference.
Dagenham & Redbridge return to Vanarama National League action on Saturday, Match 20 when they take on Altrincham at Moss Lane (3pm).
