DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE have bolstered their attacking options with the signing of experienced striker, Paul McCallum, from fellow Vanarama National League outfit, Solihull Moors.
The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal at the Chigwell Construction Stadium. McCallum finished last season on loan at Barnet, netting four goals to complement the eleven bagged for Solihull.
Previously, the player started with West Ham United before representing Portsmouth, Aldershot, Leyton Orient and Eastleigh. Speaking to www.daggers.co.uk, boss, Daryl McMahon, enthused: “We are delighted to sign Paul. His record in this division speaks for itself and we have worked hard to get him here and convince him that the project that we have is a good one.
“The signing shows our ambitions and intentions for this season and I can’t wait to work with him.
“It’s down to him to go out there and perform and get us some goals.”
