Daggers undone by first-half goals at Grimsby

Grimsby Town v Dagenham & Redbridge – Vanarama National League – Blundell Park – Report

Grimsby Town 2-1 Dagenham & Redbridge

First-half goals from Jordan Maguire-Drew and Luke Waterfall proved sufficient to see Grimsby Town snaffle the Vanarama National League points against Dagenham & Redbridge at Blundell Park.

Former Leyton Orient man, Maguire-Drew opened the scoring from close range after half an hour, while Waterfall profited from Maguire-Drew’s free-kick on the stroke of half-time to double the Mariners advantage.
