Ruthless Stockport County ended Dagenham & Redbridge’s recent unbeaten Vanarama National League sequence thanks to two goals in the opening five minutes at the Chigwell Construction Stadium.

Ash Palmer nodded the Hatters ahead in the third minute, while Will Collar landed the killer blow seconds later, leaving the Daggers on the canvas.

Dagenham slipped out of the play-off places as a result. They return to Vanarama National League action on Tuesday, January 25 when they face Weymouth at the Bob Lucas Stadium (7:45pm).
