Enquiries continue following death of man in Chelmsford

Police are continuing to investigate the death of a man in Chelmsford yesterday morning.

Officers were called to the address in Nelson Grove, Chelmsford, at around 4:30am on Monday July 25 following reports of a man having been badly injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this stage, his death is being treated as a homicide investigation.

Officers have already spoken to a number of people nearby, but they need anyone who witnessed the incident or has any dashcam or ring doorbell between 11pm on Sunday and 4:30am on Monday to contact them.
