Essex County Cup Third Round
Chelmsford City 3-0 Hutton
Hashtag Reserves 5-2 Grays Athletic
Blackmore 2-3 Leigh Ramblers

Blackmore and Leigh Ramblers played out a five-goal thriller before the visitors emerged victoriously. Defensive frailties and a couple of own goals ultimately proved decisive as the Ramblers progressed.

Lawford 9-0 Corinthians

Essex County Trophy First Round
St Cleres 8-1 Stanway Rovers
Southend United SCS P-P Tigers

COVID concerns oversaw the postponement of Southend United SCS’s Essex County Trophy first-round tie with Tigers at Garon Park.

Chelmsford City Reserves 0-16 Beacon Hill Rovers

Chelmsford City Reserves found themselves on the wrong end against an impressive Beacon Hill Rovers side who dominated this Essex County Trophy first-round tie throughout.

The Clarets did create one or two opportunities of their own through Linsley, Calvert, Holden and Elder, but any thoughts of a cup upset had long since been extinguished by the visitors.
