Gary Norris hit an unbeaten 106, helping Fives and Heronians second string to a six-wicket victory over their Old Southendian & Southchurch counterparts at the Paddock.
Norris faced 136 deliveries, scoring sixteen boundaries. Sam Hodgson returned bowling figures of two for 52 on what proved to be a tough afternoon for the Old Boys.
Earlier, the Southend-based clubs were dismissed for 232. Mohammad Aqeel hit 75 off 53. His knock included five 4s and seven 6s. Dean Humphrey was the pick of the Fives attack with 4/46 from 10.2 overs.
