WEST HAM UNITED have announced that goalkeeper, Roberto, has moved to Spanish Primera Division club Deportivo Alaves until the conclusion of the current campaign.
The 33-year-old has made eight appearances for the Hammers this season – standing in for the injured Lukasz Fabianski. However, the former Espanyol stopper endured a troubled spell between the posts, making a series of high-profile blunders which saw him lose his place to David Martin and then Darren Randolph.
The Madrid-born player could feature for Alaves against Villarreal this weekend.
