Dagenham & Redbridge have confirmed that Liam Gordon has returned to the Chigwell Construction Stadium on an initial month-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old full-back made 54 appearances for the Daggers before moving to Sky Bet League Two outfit, Bolton Wanderers. However, after appearing 15 times for the Trotters, Gordon hasn’t featured during the last month and has returned to East London in search of much-needed match practice.
Speaking to www.daggers.co.uk about the Guyanan internationals return, boss, Daryl McMahon enthused: “It’s great to have Liam back with us.
“We fought hard to keep him and kept in touch while he was at Bolton. He’s a player the fans I’m sure will be delighted to have back.”
Gordon could feature for the Daggers in Saturday’s Buildbase FA Trophy third round tie with Ebbsfleet United at Victoria Road (3pm).
