Arsenal have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper, Alex Runarsson from French Ligue 1 outfit, Dijon.
The 25-year old has put pen to paper on a four-year contract at the Emirates Stadium. Previously, the Icelandic international also represented
KR Reykjavik and Danish side, FC Nordsjaelland, before heading into French football.
Speaking about the signing, Gunners boss, Mikel Arteta, explained: “We want to create healthy competition for places and we look forward to seeing Alex bring further depth to the goalkeeping position.”
