High value watches stolen in Pitsea

Police are investigating after a number of high value watches were stolen in Pitsea.

It was reported two men – described as white and wearing balaclavas – stole three watches from a vehicle parked at the Costa Coffee in Northlands Pavement at around 4pm on Friday January 5.

The watches, worth a total five-figure sum, are:

  • A Rolex Sub Mariner with a black dial and stainless steel strap;
  • A Rolex GMT Master with a stainless stell strap with a green and black bezel;
  • A Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 with a Tiffany dial and stainless steel strap.

During the incident a window of the vehicle was smashed with an object described as a long pole or similar.
