Having seen off Pitching In Isthmian League North outfit, AFC Sudbury by four unanswered goals, the U’s will now host either Wigan Athletic or Solihull Moors – The pair set to replay following a goalless encounter at the DW Stadium.
Orient edged out Vanarama National League South side, Ebbsfleet United at the weekend. Kenny Jackett’s men will look to make further progress against League Two rivals, Tranmere Rovers at the Breyer Group Stadium.
Ties will be played over the weekend of Friday, December 3/8.
