Top of the table, Hutton cruised to victory over an Old Southendian & Southchurch side now embroiled in a desperate bid to avoid relegation.
Joseph Parry took 3/8 and Thomas Debenham 3/15 as Hutton skittled the Old Boys inside twenty-one overs for just 50 – Kaelan Williams top-scored for the Garon Park-based side, reaching 11 – the only batsman amongst the visiting ranks to reach double figures.
Williams was the only Old Boys player to taste success with the ball as his delivery to Hutton skipper, Alex Tredgett snaffled in the gloves of Matt Darvill.
