Images released following disorder at West Ham v Leeds game

Police investigating disorder at the West Ham United v Leeds United game on Sunday, January 9, are appealing for information and help in identifying a number of people whose images have been released.

Disorder took place before, during and after the game at the London Stadium, involving supporters of both clubs.

Detective Sergeant Matt Simpson, from the Met’s Public Order Investigations Team, said: “Behaviour like this selfishly takes away the joy of watching a game of football from fans. It is not tolerated.

“We’re releasing images of a number of people whom we wish to identify in connection with the disorder.

“If you know who they are, please get in touch.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, giving the reference 5301417/22.

Information can also be provided to Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
