Hector Kyprianou has left Leyton Orient to link up with Sky Bet League One outfit, Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee.
The Cypriot under 21 international appeared 80 times for the O’s in all competitions. Speaking to www.leytonorient.com, Director of Football, Martin Ling, stated “Hector getting a move to a top side like Peterborough is another shining endorsement of our academy. Peterborough has a track record of buying talented players and helping them grow their game, so it’s a great move for Hector. We are sad to see him move on, but it’s an excellent opportunity for him.”
“We now need to reinvest the transfer fee in improving our midfield, which we will do over the course of this transfer window.”
