Hutton 180/8 (40.0 overs)
Billericay won the toss and elected to bowl
A bright 63 from Carl Lees proved to be the highlight at Blunts Wall Road as Hutton squeezed in their innings before the inclement weather conditions intervened.
Lees’ knock came off 85 balls and included seven 4s and two 6s. Joseph Parry was also amongst the runs, finishing unbeaten on 49 off 55.
Darren Ironside topped the Billericay figures with 3/21, while Nathan Khelawon claimed a brace. However, once the heavens opened, it soon became apparent that there was little prospect of a resumption, much to the frustrations of the soggy audience.
Points: Billericay 6 Hutton 6
