A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of 12-year-old Harley Watson and the attempted murder of ten other people, following a collision in Loughton on Monday.
Terence Glover, 51, of Newmans Lane, Loughton, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court this morning, Friday December 6.
The case against him was adjourned for a further appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday December 9.
Magistrates imposed reporting restrictions on disclosing the names of the ten victims of the attempted murder charges.
