Colchester United v Hartlepool United – Sky Bet League Two – JobServe Community Stadium – Report

Colchester United 1-1 Hartlepool United

Recent signing, Beryly Lubala grabbed a stoppage-time equaliser to hand Colchester United a vital Sky Bet League Two point against fellow strugglers, Hartlepool United at the JobServe Community Stadium.

The visitors looked set to earn their first three points of the season when Wesley McDonald fired home after Reghan Tumilty had fashioned an opening.

However, Lubala, appearing as a second-half substitute in place of Marley Marshall-Miranda, headed home in the fifth minute of added time following a teasing centre by Cameron Coxe.
