Man injured in Waltham Abbey collision

Police are appealing for information following a collision in Sewardstone Road, Waltham Abbey this morning, Thursday August 20.

They were called just before 6.20am with reports that a pedestrian and a grey Ford Fiesta had been in collision.

The car failed to stop.

The pedestrian a man in his 30s was taken to hospital with a suspected broken ankle.

It was reported the car was being driven by a white man between 20-30 years of age.

If anyone saw what happened or has dash cam footage of the car before or after the incident they are asked to please call 101 or report it online quoting incident  149 of 20 August.
