Man robbed in Hadleigh

Police are investigating a robbery which took place in Hadleigh shortly after 10.30pm on Wednesday May 4.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, was in a car parked in Castle Lane car park when he was approached by two men who threatened him with a knife and physically assaulted him.

As a result, the victim handed over a Gucci bag containing some cash, a wallet, house keys and some stationary.

The suspects are both described as tall, of stocky build, wearing dark clothes with hoods. They spoke with Essex accents.

One of them was wearing a medical facemask.

Both suspects left the scene in a blue VW Polo.
