BILLERICAY TOWN LADIES have announced Scott Chickelday as their new first-team manager, with Kim Coster stepping up to take up the Head of the Section role.
The experienced Chickelday – who has previously worked with both Tottenham Hotspur and Queen’s Park Rangers – takes up he post, with Ryman Farrell stepping in as reserve team boss, having previously looked after the club’s development side.
Abigail Saxon will work alongside Farrell as assistant manager, with a new development coaching team to be announced over the coming days.
On Coster’s elevation, a Town spokesperson said: “Having built this part of the club up over many years, Kim is now focusing on the whole of the pathway to ensure that we have the conveyor belt in place to keep bringing local talent through to our successful first-team group.
