Masked raid on Range Rover in Dunton

Police are investigating a robbery which took place in Dunton during which a couple were threatened by masked men.

Officers were called to an address Lower Dunton Road at about 8pm on Tuesday April 26.

A couple were stopped in a black Range Rover when three men approached them and made threats.

The man was dragged from the car. His partner was able to flee.

The attacker then disabled the vehicle and stole a large amount of cash and jewellery from the boot. The total value of items and cash taken was about £60,000.

It is believed the group, which included two additional men who did not engage with the victims, arrived and fled in a white BMW 1 series.
