Motorcyclist injured in collision on A12 near Ingatestone

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam following a collision on the A12 yesterday (Saturday June 17).

A motorbike and a dark coloured BMW car were in collision on the stretch near Ingatestone, heading towards Chelmsford, at around 1.30pm

The BMW failed to stop at the scene.

The motorbike rider, a man in his 50s, sustained a broken foot and ribs and was taken to hospital for treatment.
