O’s frustrated by late Bradford leveller

Bradford City v Leyton Orient – Sky Bet League Two – Valley Parade – Report

Bradford City 1-1 Leyton Orient

Leyton Orient’s winless Sky Bet League Two run has extended to seven matches after Elliot Watt’s spectacular late strike salvaged a share of the spoils for hosts, Bradford City at Valley Parade.

The East Londoners looked set for a return to winning ways after Darren Pratley fired home midway through the second period, ending a 547- minute wait for a goal from Kenny Jackett’s men.

But the O’s were unable to hold on to their slender advantage. Watt’s 25-yarder eluded Lawrence Vigouroux to level the score and set up a nervy finale for the visitors.

Orient are now fifteenth ibn the table. They return to Sky Bet League Two action on Saturday, February 5 when they take on Colchester United at the Breyer Group Stadium (3pm).
