League Two round-up
Oldham Athletic 0-1 Leyton Orient
Leyton Orient and Colchester United will be fairly satisfied with their lot after picking up opening day points on the road at Oldham Athletic and Bradford City respectively.
The O’s produced a workmanlike display at Boundary Park before claiming all three points in the final minute thanks to Danny Johnson’s composed finish following Jamie Turley’s flick.

Bradford City 0-0 Colchester United
Across the Pennines, Colchester United included New Zealand international Tommy Smith, who was playing the 400th game of his career, while sixteen-year-old Samson Tovide was handed a place amongst the substitutes.
The U’s made a sluggish start, but in a game of few clearcut chances, Steve Ball’s men were well worth a share of the spoils from this goalless encounter

Southend United 0-4 Harrogate Town
Troubled times already loom overhead for Mark Molesley after the Blues chief witnessed his side dismantled by the EFL new boys in a one-sided encounter at Roots Hall Stadium.
Harrogate were good value for their victory but was aided by some alarming defending from the home side whose 100-year stay in the Football League already looks under considerable threat.
Jack Muldoon netted twice for the Yorkshiremen, while Lloyd Kerry and Aaron Martin confirmed an otherwise miserable afternoon for the beleaguered Seasiders.
Shrimpers: Oxley, Bwomono, Ralph (Kyprianou 63’), Hobson, Green, Goodship, Egbri (Kinali 74’), Gard (Phillips 79’), Hutchinson, Taylor, Kelman. Subs not used: Seaden, Rush, Mitchell-Nelson
