Police seek man on mobility scooter after fire at Westcliff store
Police are appealing for witnesses, CCTV or dashcam footage following a suspected arson in London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea this morning, Wednesday September 9.
Officers were called by the Fire Service just after 1am to reports that there had been a fire at the Premier store and they are investigating the circumstances behind how the blaze started.
A man was seen just before 1.10am on a mobility scooter outside the property, and police would like to speak to him in connection with the incident.
