CONCORD RANGERS have secured the services of influential defender, Aron Pollock, ahead of the 2020/21 Vanarama National League South campaign,
Basildon-born Pollock began his career with Leyton Orient, making his debut for the east Londoners against Mansfield Town at Brisbane Road in April 2016.
Short loan spells at Wingate & Finchley, Wealdstone and Leatherhead were followed by a permanent move to The Tanners. The 22-year-old linked up with Concord in 2018 and has flourished under the management of Danny Scopes at the Aspect Arena.
Speaking to Yellow Sport about confirming the players’ future, Beach Boys boss, Scopes said: “I’m really excited to work with Aron Pollock again.
“He stepped up during last season, both in leadership and performance. Massively impressive for a player who is just 22.
“I firmly believe he will kick on again. His early commitment t ahead of next season is much appreciated by everyone at Concord Rangers.
“It’s great to have a local lad in the team who the supporters can relate too. He shares their ambitions for the club and his commitment highlights the camaraderie we have.”
