CONCORD RANGERS have bolstered their defensive options by re-signing the experienced Fraser Shaw from Vanarama National League South outfit, Chelmsford City.
Shaw – who started his career as an Academy player at both Arsenal and West Ham United – has gone on to glean a wealth of experience with several clubs, including Leyton Orient and East Thurrock United.
After making 29 appearances for the Beach Boys during the 2018/19 season, Shaw moved to Chelmsford where he featured 32 times before the curtailment.
Speaking to Yellow Sport about the players’ return, boss, Danny Scopes enthused: “Fraser did well at Chelmsford so I was delighted to bring him back once he became available.
“It would have been silly not to take him back. Fraser has great ability and will bring a positive attitude to the group. I believe we can push him forward and help him enjoy his football.”
