Old Southendian ‘A’ 1-2 Southend Rangers

Andy Crowe remained in a bullish mood despite witnessing his Old Southendian side slip to defeat against a well-drilled Southend Rangers side at Garon Prak.

“Despite going behind, I thought we had the better of the first half,” the Old Boys boss told Yellow Sport.

“We managed to get level and the second half was tight, but Rangers probably just deserved it in the end.”

Crow added: “The division is very tight this year. I’m still confident we can make a challenge for the title.”
